Speed and agility workouts compliment and improve performance of all sports. TDA provides workouts to aid in the improvement of acceleration, deceleration, foot speed, quickness and change of direction.  Speed and agility training increases the athlete's ability to move fast. This ability will help athletes raise their game. Sessions last 30 mins.  Open to ages 5 and up.
