TDA Speed & Agility

TDA trainers provide workouts to aid in the improvement of acceleration, deceleration, foot speed, quickness and change of direction. Speed and agility workouts compliment and improve performance in all sports. This will help athletes raise their game! 

 

Sessions are typically 30-35 minutes.  

 

Open to ages 6 and up.

 

Flexible Training Options:

3 times a week   $250/monthly

2 times a week   $175/monthly

Per session         $25

 

Training times:

Tuesdays/Thursdays    

5:00pm-5:30pm

Saturdays                      

8:30am-9:00am  

9:00am-9:30am
